Very Good

The property is huge w several options for dining. The staff are very friendly. The location wasnt far from downtown Willemstaad. The food was tasty.

No carts or assistance to get to your room. Thank goodness our room was close by reception and on ground level because theres no elevators. Because we were visiting on the off season, all the attractions werent open and/or available.

The food activity for kids

my kids were approached by a staff member for their phone number. Was asking to be with them. My daughter is only 11, and my 13 year old cousin and another friend of hers . Being inappropriately approached by a grown man. He also video and took pictures of them going down the slide. I also made it clear to one of the workers. What he was doing. And he said it was not his first time doing that. Which friend mother also said something to him the day before. Then the next he came and di the same thing.

Going to Curaçao? Rent a house for the endurance of your stay and go to Kunuke with a day pass

We had a nice big appartement on the ground floor close but not to close to one of the 4 pools. All rooms had a comfortable bed and airco. One room had its own bathroom. The appartmen itself was clean on arrival. The gardens were well maintained

(1) There was no supervision at the pools and water slides. Seems only on the (more busy) weekends there is supervision at the big water slides and someone that walks from pool to pool. The traffic lights at the water slides were missing (wires hanging out!) or didn’t work. (2) poolwater not clean I also wonder what the water quality is since almost no chemicals seem to be used and the water wasn’t really clear. (3) hotelroom/appartment cleaning Everywhere this resort is advertised as a hotel resort. Then you expect hotel services regarding cleaning, however during our stay the apartment was never cleaned, towels were not renewed. I can live with the the bedsheets weren’t renewed during our 4 day / 3 nights stay but a daily check by the resort if a towel should be renewed would have given us a way better experience. Just like in a descent hotel you get one big and one small towel per person, but after two nights we simply ran out. We had to go to the reception 3(!) times to ask for new towels on the 3rd day. The nice lady at the reception started with rehearsed answer imprinted by the management stating it’s the local laundry that sometimes doesn’t deliver enough towels and new sheets but this isn’t simply true. We’ve been to several great resorts and hotels on the island and they manage this way better than Kunuku. If you don’t get enough towel simply buy more towels or start your own laundry. It’s not that hard. The resort is big enough to make this profitable; even when you add a laundry service for your customers own clothes. After complaining 4 towels were delivered in the evening, but we were with 6 persons….. sight…. After another complained we got some extra bathing towels so we at least all could take a nice shower with a clean towel. I do wonder how this mostly native Dutch Management is taking a shower at home? Dry in the hot sun of Curaçao?

Chillax at the pool area!

The staff was friendly (excluding front desk service), different beverage bars available at different points throughout the premises. The outdoor life during the day is family & kids friendly. Great breakfast buffet and delicious PIZZA. Variety of pools throughout the premises and they were all clean. Waterslides for kiddos & adults. They have additionally 2 park amusement activities as well during the day.

The room was not ready when checking in. I had to wait 1 hour. The Staff told me it was because of a short notice booking (blaming a guest who booked 4 hours before check-in time...not nice). The living room did not have an air-conditioning nor fan and it was hot. I had to leave the room open to get some kind of ventilation in the living room. The TV was not functioning. Very poor lunch buffet and both Lunch and Dinner food was lacking taste. No golf cart or bell boy to assist with baggage while the premises is far walking distance (at least when carrying bags). We were allocated in one of the last buildings.

The property and staff were great! The sushi was excellent! The bus rides to the city and beaches were great! Enjoyed this! The bus however, should be upgraded a bit, the window frame was wooden with exposed nails which I discovered when it hurt my arm.

The food options were not a wide variety, same thing on most of our 8 days and 7 nights. Heavy salt in the beef we had. Food menu needs to be updated, most things tasted similar. A change in chefs may solve this! Food is of utmost importance especially with the entire family...which is why we chose your resort for the All inclusive option. We have been to other properties in Curacao before and we enjoyed the food fully. We bought food on the outside for this stay and it was delicious, full of flavour and seasoned to perfection.You also did not have many options for customers who do not eat pork. Also we had a room where the washroom had a very funny smell the entire time we were there. We tried to ignore it, but really smelled like a leaky sewer sytem...There was a water leak occasionally which ran behind the bed from the fridge, we reported it but it continued and up to when we left no one attended to it. Also the bumper cars and rides were advertised for the summer, none was in operation for our entire stay, the vending machines also did not work....after paying all inclusive to experience all that was advertised, this was disappointing....and no part of our stay was refundable ...we just had to accept it... My boys did not get to experience the slides due to children breaking the rules and walking on slides and jumping from the slides and was just unruly...rules are NOT adhered to and no one at the resort ensures that they are upheld ....this is a big no no for us...we have visted numerous countries and resorts and this is the first time we have experienced such disregard for rules that are clearly on your sinage in each area. We saw good reviews of your property and decided to try you all, but certainly the ball has been dropped in these areas. The experience was one which we felt could have been a better one...thankfully your staff was very customer oriented, so you are doing a good job here!

It was s bitter/sweet yimr for me.

There were a wide variety of breakfast choice. Everything I ate were delicious. I enjoyed the fruits mainly. The eating area was ideally located from the apartments. The snack bar stratigically located thtoughout the resort, making life easy for guest to relax close to their apartment.

The resort could have plan city tours for the guest to have an option.

The drink were really great and the staff were extremely nice to us. They helped us out with anything that we needed.

It was not clean. We had to deal with roaches everyday being in our room and it was disgusting. The food was not good either except for the pizza.
